All products sold on the Stock Chartistry website are digital products delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Once a purchase has been completed and access to the product has been provided, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be issued.
Product Access
After purchase, customers receive access to a ThinkorSwim shared link along with instructions for importing the indicator.
Customers are responsible for correctly importing the indicator into the ThinkorSwim platform.
Product Issues
If a product is found to be significantly different from its description or does not function as described, please contact us through the website.
In such cases, we will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, Stock Chartistry may, at its sole discretion, offer:
• a replacement
• a product exchange
• or a refund
